There are two spaces available 3209 & 3211. These spaces can be leased seperately or together. Space 3209 is approximately 1,249 sq. ft. and 3211 is approximately 1,296 sq. ft. Prior to May 31, 2007, space 3211 can be made available with 30 day notice.
