Ashford Center, built in 1984, is a small yet attractive 9,600 sq. ft. neighborhood retail center located adjacent to the Kroger Shopping Center at the corner of Dairy Ashford Drive and Briar Forest in West Houston. The center has excellent exposure on Dairy Ashford, a major north-south artery between Interstate 10 on the north and Westheimer on the south. Tenants include Curves for Women, Papa John’s, Great Clips, Nails by Van and $1.35 Cleaners. This Center is owned by a third-party company in California.
