INVESTMENT GROUPS
Noor Real Estate Investments Inc. was formed by Nick Shihadeh and Antonia Giaouris in February 2005. Some of these Investment Groups were formed before Noor Real Estate Investments Inc. was created; however, Nick Shihadeh played a pioneer role in the success and growth of these Investments Groups.
Nick Shihadeh is a Shareholder of all three Investment Groups, in addition to, partial owner of the privately held properties. Antonia Giaouris is a Shareholder of S&K Summit Investments LLC. Bajis Katwan is a Shareholder of all three Investment Groups.
Noor Real Estate Investments Inc. asset manages and facilitates transactions for a variety of investment groups, as well as, private investors. Memberships for all of the Investment Groups listed below are currently closed.
