This carefully designed joint venture allows us to strategically diversify assets and increase cash flow for our asset managed portfolios. Projects within these portfolios include existing hotels, as well as, development of hotels.

Development

Noor Real Estate Investments Inc. has an association with a development company headquartered in San Jose, CA. Advantages of this joint venture are to further diversify our asset managed portfolios assets, as well as, acquire raw land at below market value. Project start and completion dates are cautiously determined and are always subject to change, according to economic conditions and forecasts.
